Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  Some orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship (see below for vendor specific lead times).  If you have any questions, please feel free to follow up with us at standingfocus.com.  The delivery service does not include set up nor assembly of items, nor removal of packaging materials (unless some exceptions available, depending on vendor).

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@standingdesknation.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.  We only work with honorable brands, so they are always eager to help!

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Shipping & Returns:

As I'm sure you can imagine, most of these desks and accessories are very large items, and unfortunately are not very easy to ship.  As a result (and despite our best wishes) we cannot offer free returns.  Return terms vary by brand and by product (outlined below), and in most cases, there will be a cost associated with returned items.  Our best solution is to offer friendly expert advice and insight to help make sure you get the desk that's best for you - so you won't need to return it!

Shipping

Custom platform orders require 4 to 6 weeks.  Seating orders with no more than 3 chairs, monitor arm orders with no more than 10 units and ergo products of any quantity will ship within 7 business days from the date of order. Unless otherwise contractually specified, Freedom and Liberty chairs will ship with the base and frame disassembled. Chairs can be easily assembled in seconds without use of tools.

Returns

All returned and non-damaged refused orders are subject to a five percent (5%) restocking fee. Seating and special order returns will not be accepted. Customer must request a Return Authorization within 45 days of product receipt to return any product, and will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Return Authorizations expire sixty (60) days after the date of issue. If the returned product is not in resalable condition, customer will not receive credit for the return. Customer must promptly provide a purchase order or other acceptance of fees/credit reduction as required.
